      1. I meant pre-order. Thanks for the link. I want the paperback. I like having real books that I can interact with and set on my shelf, digital is ok, but I find it a challenge to bookmark my place, and flip back and forth.

      3. I know its available in AmazonUK… at least what I saw from the AZ site gave me the impression. I’ll keep an eye on it. I haven’t published anything of my own writing yet, but AZ is one of the venues I use for my online book site.

      8. I see the paperback is coming out on the 15th of March on Amazon, I’ll look for it. Meantime, I ordered the Kindle version. I have a small collection of titles written by authors that I actually know in some capacity…it impresses the hell out of me, at least. 🙂
