love, men, poetry, women

none are about you

I try not to make myself

A disappointment

On purpose

Better left to private reflection

And how I can get up, try again

If the world knocks the wind from me

I will pass off the loss of breath as a silence

Never let them see me bleed

Until my veins are flat and the lights are bright

As sunshine

But if there are issues,

I seek them head on,

Of  my vulnerabilities

None are about you
