beauty, love, lust, poetry, sex, women

And still, I remain

I know you,

Your emotions are

A hurricane,

Your soul a saboteur,

And I, a bulwark,

Against your tempest.

You grasp for a pillar to steady yourself

against the whipping wind of you,

Yearning for an authority figure to foil

Your worst instincts,

I am there,

Strong,

Solid,

Unshakeable and immovable.

I fuck you like it’s your last fuck.

And mine.

Good, so hard, so wantonly, so profligately that

You are left a quivering,

Sparking mass of

Shaking flesh and fluid,

Drain you of everything,

Then drain you some more.

Kiss you all over, make love to you all night,

Hold you close in the morning.

Own your body,

Own your gratitude,

Own your love

And still,

I remain.
