Waiting for ghosts

I wonder if
They miss me
A ghost now,
Sour memories
I know she took
Photos down
And for a moment
The feeling rushes in
Squeezes the breath from
My lungs and
Wish they understood
But this time of year
Is a blade down
My forearm
I bear it but
Sometimes I go
Hide and give the
Pain its due
My tears refract
Rainbows of lights
From the neighbours
Display and I know
How vampires feel
About crosses now
But it was someone
I could not be any more
And i hope for
Ghosts to come
And show me
The future

Because sometimes

I am lost
