Stealing Kisses

I would take you to

Holy places

Steal kisses from you

In hidden places

Prayers to one another’s flesh

Until we were flushed with

Heat

I have an instinct

For adventure

A playful creativity

In pursuit of

Warm communion with you

Your face in my hands

Driving my light

Into you

Let us be seekers

After the truth of one another

How underneath me

You open and soften

The closed and harder

I become

And we conspire to

Create little perfect

Monuments to one another

Until our efforts

Leave us shaken and giddy

With the delight of

Deepest polarity.
